Villa Antoinette may be taken on a fully or partially serviced basis. We prefer to hire our country estate en gros, that is to say, in its entirety to a single group of private or corporate travellers. Upon request, we may, however, consider letting particular rooms depending on circumstances.

Petite Antoinette

The self-check-in option without service

Sometimes, what we desire most is peace, privacy, and the freedom to be entirely on our own. For these moments, Antoinette offers the option to book the villa as a service-free, self-check-in stay—ideal if you do not require the full capacity of the villa or simply prefer a more independent, minimalist experience.

Rates for this arrangement start at EUR 690 and vary depending on group size (up to 15 people), the season, and any requested additional services. We would be happy to provide you with a clear "price compass" (Excel) to help you calculate your individual stay (info@villa-antoinette.at).

Grande Antoinette

Experience Villa Antoinette in its finest form: exclusively reserved for you and accompanied by attentive butler service.

Lodging costs are EUR 1,700 per night for up to 10 guests. This includes a lovingly prepared breakfast and personal on-site care from your host. Upon request, up to three additional beds can be provided (EUR 100 per person/night, including breakfast).

Weddings

Villa Antoinette is considered an insider tip for dream weddings on an intimate scale. In addition to the 13 overnight guests, the villa offers space for up to 12 additional day guests. For weddings, we exclusively recommend the Grande Antoinette option. Additionally, a wedding flat fee of EUR 900 applies to cover preparation, setup, breakdown, and increased demands on the premises.

DIRECTIONS

It takes about one hour to reach Villa Antoinette by car from Vienna. Take the A2 highway heading west; this eventually merges with the S6 (Semmeringschnellstraße)

To reach the property from the S6, there are two options (both routes take about the same length of time):

Option 1: Take the more direct route, and exit the S6-Semmeringschnellstrasse at the Maria Schutz exit. Continue on Semmeringstrasse (the L4168), which turns into Semmering then into Passstraße. From Passstraße, turn onto the L136 to Hochstraße. Stay on Hochstraße through the resort town of Semmering-Kurort. Near the end of town, it will turn into Adlitzgrabenstraße, which you will take past Am Wolfsbergkogel. Take the next right from Adlitzgrabenstraße onto Gläserstraße, which curves back and forth until you reach Villa Antoinette (Gläserstraße 9).
Option 2: For romantics and auto enthusiasts, we recommend the scenic route. From the S6-Semmeringschnellstraße, take Exit 17 to Gloggnitz (before Maria Schutz). Follow the curves of Semmeringstraße (L4168) until it merges with Auestraße. Continue on the L4167 (Auestraße) through Gloggnitz; this road turns into Schottwien, then Adlitzgrabenstraße, then Breitenstein. In the hamlet of Adlitzgraben, turn off the L4167 by taking the first right onto Semmeringstraße. From here, continue for a while until this road ultimately intersects with Gläserstraße near Villa Antoinette (Gläserstraße 9).
